Since forming her law firm nearly two decades ago, Rhonda has recovered almost $80 million fighting for the rights of everyday Americans in their plight against corporate giants.

As her mother taught her from a young age growing up in Wynona, Texas, Rhonda strives to offer others a hand up, as opposed to just a hand-out. She uses her expertise and intellect to give voice to those who need her most, when they need her most. She clearly loves her work as well as her clients, which is evidenced by the unique bond they form during and beyond their time working together.
Rhonda sees her involvement on Relative Justice as a continuation of that mindset.

One of five children and a mother of four, she has experienced similar family dynamics and scenarios to many of those that appear before her in her courtroom. Using her life experiences along with her legal expertise to propel her judgements, Judge Rhonda presides with grace, thoughtful compassion, and tough love, to not only resolve litigants’ legal disputes, but to work towards bringing families back together in the process.

Rhonda graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a BBA in International Business, and later from University of Texas School of Law. She has been admitted to practice before all Texas and New York State courts, as well as the United States Supreme Court.

Rhonda currently lives in California with her husband and four children.
